Friends and Family: Click HERE to make a contribution by credit card ( please enter the last name of the player for whom you are making a contribution in the “DESCRIPTION” box)- Contributions will be NET of Credit Card Fee(3%+$0.30), and they are NOT tax-deductible.

METHODS OF PAYMENT- IF YOU’RE MAKING THE PAYMENT FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS

Payment Amounts ( per person):

Monthly Payment starting March 1st, 2017( each)- $750 if by credit card, $725 if by check, -example: If making credit card payments for 2 people, please make payment of $1,500, and so on

*credit card payments are higher to cover credit card processing fees.
