picHomework-outs are a great way to make small steps towards ball control and physical mastery.We recommend that you do these at this at least 2 times a week. It will greatly assist you in progressing well through the Academy training sessions

#2 1 min- V-back both ways non-stop
#3 15 BRIDGES
#4 TOUCH+SCISSOR+ GO TO OPP FOOT +L-FORWARD(INIESTA)  ( 5 each foot)
#5 5,  3 stage slow push ups
#6 2 Outside touches+Hard In-Pull in Opposite direction ( 5 each foot)
